Used for 16 years with 1500 liter aquarium. You will not find any better than this. It is suberb. Just leave top plastic cover off and add small tabs of silicone between pump and pump fixing plate to minimize any vibrations. Best filter around for big aquariums. Have this and the eheim 2180 who i love too,but it cant compare in performance with the 2260.Highly recommended, you wont regret purchase it. Remember purchase the eheim double tap connectors with it, without its a pain clean it.
