This fluorescent tube was particularly developed, in order to combine a singular, particularly created color temperature of 7500 Kelvin, which experiences its peak values in the green part of the spectrum, with one expressed high light performance. The tube offers also a outstanding color reproduction and stresses the natural colours of fish and plants. In the fresh water aquarium the combination of Arcadia original Tropical and Freshwater is recommended. This combination accented not only the red and blue tones with the correct peak values for photosynthesis, but emphasizes also the green tones of plants and leads to good visibility and excellent color reproduction.

This fluorescent tube was particularly developed, in order to show the specific spectrum (400-480 nm), which for the adsorption of blue chlorophyll for the development of the Zooxanthellen - symbiosis is necessary. This fluorescent tube has a color temperature of 9.500 K and an extraordinarily high lumen performance with very good color reproduction. The tri phosphorus formula causes a constant performance stability and a long life span despite such a high performance. Most reptiles must synthesize vitamin D3 in your skin, in order to be able to grow healthy. Ultraviolet light in a certain wellenband, as UVB (290-320 Nm) well-known, is necessary for it. This is produced of the Arcadia D3 Reptile. UVB is sufficiently missing in normal fluorescent tubes, since the glass of a conventional tube absorbs UVB. The Arcadia D3 Reptile is equipped with a special glass, through which sufficient and nevertheless harmless quantities of UVB and UVA can penetrate. The tube has a color temperature of 6.500 K and is similar thereby to the sunshine in a typical desert area.
