The small JBL ProFlow mini 400 pump is specially designed for applications requiring small dimensions and high performance. These pump is ideally suited, for example, as output pump in clear water chambers of bio-filters in freshwater as well as saltwater. The shallow minimum water depth of 3 cm makes these ideal pumps for aqua terrariums or indoor fountains. The mains cable leads from the uppermost side of the appliance, to avoid wasting space on the side as with pumps with side mains cable. An integrated thermal protector circuit prevents overheating by switching the motor off. With the optionally available raipd filter cartridge the JBL ProFlow maxi 500 pump can be used as an raipd filter system. Firm mounting using support bracket with three suction cups. The JBL Rapid Filter Cartridge ProFlow Clear makes your JBL ProFlow maxi Pump a rapid filter system for effektive and rapid mechanical water clarification. After the running-in time the cartridge is biologically highly active. The special profile of the JBL ProFlow Clear has a colonisation surface for cleansing bacteria from over 5 m².The cartridge is also an ideal inlet protection for JBL ProFlow maxi pump when used as flow pump in seawater aquarium. Used in connection with JBL ProFlow maxi and an interval switch, allowing virtually any cycle rate creating flwo conditions in marine aquariums as they occur in nature. Recommended minimum interval between two cycles: 10 minutes.
