Through the use of mercury-vapour lamps (HQL), the Giesemann Wega is suitable for all freshwater aquariums, paludariums and planted tanks. A special innovation is the three-section, extruded aluminium lamp housing in powder-coated metallic colours. The Giesemann Wega can be switched from 125 to 80 W. The multistage mirror-finish reflector in highest grade aluminium delivers almost pure white light. Precision-lasered components. The illuminated area is 50x50 cm.
