Preis Cryptan is for use against Oodinium, Cryptocaryon and Ichthyophthirius in fresh and salt water aquariums. Do not use with invertebrates. Parasitic disease in aquariums without invertebrates or in quarantine basins will be eliminated quickly and safely with Preis Cryptan. The product kills Flagellata and free-swimming swarmers. Mucous membranes affected by parasites will be sloughed and formation of new tissue enhanced. Treatment can be further supported by Preis Prebac against bacterial disease.In cases of advanced disease, for sea-water aquariums, always use the combination of Preis Cryptan/Prebac. As with Neosal treatment, it is recommended to decreasing salt density, illumination and pH.
