| Iodine is an essential trace element for corals, higher alage and especially for crustacea. Iodine quickly oxidizes making it unstable. Reef Life Iodine was therefor developed as a three component iodine additive, releasing ist components sequentially to provide continuos assimilation by animals and plants. Iodide ions and elementary iodine are available immediately and even after sveral days the third component provides long term stable organic iodine. 250 ml of Reef Life Iodine can treat a 400 litre aquarium for 3 months. |
