  • hw Tracevit is a trace element solution for fresh water aqauria. Trace elements are indispensable for the growth and metabolism of plants, animals and humans, although they must be present only in small concentrations. The necessary trace elements are normally not contained in tap water and are missing completely in conditioned (softened) water. It is recommended to add the missing trace elements to the water when setting up an aquarium.

Whereas trace elements are freely available in nature, they are quickly consumed by animals and plants in aquariums and must therefore be added at regular intervals. If the deficiency is not discovered in time and the necessary amount added, symptoms such as loss of vitality, hyposomia and fading of colours in animals and plants occur.

hw trace vit contains all essential trace elements as they occur in the natural habitat of fishes and plants. Added regularly to the aquarium water, they reliably prevent the usual deficiency symptoms.

hw tracevit contains the following elements: Boron, bromium, chromium, caesium, iron, fluorine, iodine, copper, potassium, cobalt, lithium, manganese, magnesium, molybdenum, nickel, rubidium, selenium, strontium, vanadium, bismuth and zinc.

Dosage hw Tracevit: 1 ml on 10 l of water every 14 days.
