| With the Stratos hood system, Giesemann now offers a great opportunity to fit your aquarium perfectly into your home. The cover is available in different sizes. One main feature is a lid made from several ribs, which can all be opened individually and therefore makes cleaning inside the aquarium a lot easier. In the back of the lid you find large openings where you can run pipes and cables. The inside of the covers also have enough space for other equipment. A broad pad on the aquarium rim ensures an ideal covering of the upper aquarium edge and a perfect footing for the tank itself. The aluminium light bars, Giesemann Razor T5 are fixed to the lid and can be operated when the cover is open. When cleaning the aquarium you benefit from an antiglare light. The hood can hold several light bars at the same time, depending on its size and as the material of the lid is aluminium it has a great advantage over plastic lids as it has its own heat dissipation system and is very strong. The Giesemann Stratos aquarium cover is also available with dimmable lights. So you can create your own sunrise and sunset for your aquarium.
