I am very surprised how good and powerful the Tetra 1500 is, it really surprised me because I didn't expect it. I have a very bad experience with the Tetra 1200. I have 3 of them and they all started leaking after 6 months, but the feeling I have for the Tetra 1500 is not like that and it has prevented this leaking problem. If this turns out to be true, then this is a great filter that I will buy again and replace the other 3 Tetra 1200s with the Tetra 1500, thank you AquaristikshopKevin P. at 06.10.2024:
Arrived fast to Malta, and this Tetra EX 1500 was a choice over the Fluval FX 4. I am happy with the decision since I prefer the more traditional design. It is silent although big, and has good build quality.. clips and so on feel sturdy. I would reckon that it has build quality of the other top brands, with a cheaper price.
It is installed on my 250L planted discus tank. Luckily it is heavily planted and the flow is reduced thanks to the plants. There would have been too much flow in a non planted 250L tank.
If buying this model consider the thicker pipe (and fittings) if it is going to pass between the aquarium and wall. I encountered this problem and had to move the aquarium outwards.Nathan L. at 28.02.2024:
Excellent filter from tetratec , I previously had ex1200, this ex1500 plus is much better, updated model without the seal problem on the first ex1200 model.

Полузуюсь фильтрами Tetra не первый раз. Это фильтр превзошел все мои ожидания, очень мощный. Стоит в 250 литровом аквариуме. С доставкой проблем не было, все очень четко и быстро.
