Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day:

– on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods;

– in the case of a contract relating to several goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item;

– in the case of a contract relating to the delivery of goods in several partial consignments or pieces, on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the final partial consignment or the final piece.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us:

of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email.

You may use the model cancellation form set out below, although this is not mandatory.

You may also submit your cancellation using the online cancellation function provided in our online shop. This function can be accessed using the “Cancel Contract” button in the footer of our online shop and on the page containing information about the right of cancellation. After submitting your cancellation through the online cancellation function, you will receive confirmation of its receipt on a durable medium without undue delay.

Your right to submit the cancellation by any other permitted means shall remain unaffected.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract to:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning goods that can normally be returned by parcel post.

You shall also bear the direct cost of returning goods that cannot normally be returned by parcel post. These costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 140.00.

You shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods only where that diminished value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of cancellation does not apply in particular to contracts for the supply of goods:

– that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly personalised to the consumer’s needs;

– that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

– that are not suitable for return for reasons relating to health protection or hygiene, where their seal has been removed after delivery;

– that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

The right of cancellation is excluded only where the requirements of the relevant statutory exception are actually fulfilled.
