Overview
Deposits accumulate continuously in hoses that are in constant use. However, this is not just an aesthetic problem, it can also reduce the performance of the filter. In addition, filter inlets and outlets are often so firmly connected that cleaning is very difficult. The Sera Tube Brush can also be used to clean long tubes, in some cases also including the inlet or outlet tube. To do this, the brush is attached to two-meter-long (78.7 in) tear-resistant cords and drawn through the tube. By moving the brush back and forth several times, the hoses can be cleaned very thoroughly. Three different brushes are included so that all standard hose sizes [from 9 to 18 mm (0.35 to 0.71 in) inner diameter] can be cleaned in an ideal way.
