This light gives a light that resembles T5 lighting, but it is very powerful! I put it on too small a tank and a couple of corals got fried and perished. BUT with the LEDcontrol i've set it to 30% max, and it's wonderfull! Zoas, LPS, Mushrooms all grow under this light. Don't have any SPS in that tank, so I cant say if it'll grow them, but I would bet on it. If you're reefing on a budget as me, this light can do the trick!
