This product is very satisfying and I highly recommend it if you need to cool your aquarium. I use it along with the controller (optional) and now I don't need to worry about the temperature anymore. It just stays like it should be even on very hot days. The product is very easy to install as well.Marcus L. at 24.07.2022:
Wegen der Hitzewelle zur Aquarienkühlung bestellt. Läßt sich problemlos auf den Aquarienrand setzen, der Neigungswinkel ist variabel. Kabel ist ausreichend lang, der Eurostecker nimmt wenig Platz in der Leiste ein. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Billiggeräten Spritzwasserfest. Bewegt sehr viel Luft über die Wasseroberfläche. Mehrfache Messungen zeige, daß sich das Aquarium tatsächlich um 2-3Grad abkühlt. Bedingt durch das Funktionsprinzip (Verdunstungskälte) muss jedoch beim wöchentlichen TWW das verdunstete Wasser durch Osmosewasser nachgefüllt werden. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Die hohe Lüfterleistung bedingt auch einen gewissen Lärmpegel. Nichts für den nächtlichen Einsatz im Schlafzimmer. Mit Zeitschaltuhr tagsüber im Wohnzimmer jedoch nur wenig störend. Würde ich wieder kaufen.Oliver H. at 17.03.2016:
