I have 2 filters of these for an aquarium of 680 liters, and they are the best, the only "problems" I have and its not like a problem it was my fault, was with the rings .The filter was leaking water to the floor...
The water starts to accumulating inside the head when running and when I tilted it the water leaked out from near the red button of the filter head.... the problem was solved with the hose connectors rings, I changed the hose connectors rings and problem solved.

Have been running this on my 550l tank for a couple of months now. Flow is excellent and flow hasn't reduced at all in this time. No leaks and the heater does the job well. My only complaint is the noise it makes. There is a loud hum and reverberation means I can even hear it at the other end of the house. Have tried it sitting on all sorts of cushions, sponge, memory foam etc...Bit disappointing as noise was what made me choose it over a fluval fx6. Now I wish 'd bought 2 smaller eheims, especially as this canister is so big!Took a couple of weeks to arrive in Scotland but made a good saving on price.
