AQUAEL Socket Link BT Duo

The AQUAEL Socket BT Duo is a modern, two-channel aquarium controller that allows for convenient control of electrical devices via the AQUAEL BT app. Two independent outputs make it possible to turn connected devices on and off individually and to operate them on a schedule. This makes it easy to automate many regularly recurring tasks in the aquarium. The Socket BT Duo connects to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth 5.0. It is controlled via the AQUAEL BT app for iOS and Android. Each of the two channels can be configured separately and named individually. In addition to manual on/off control, various time-controlled operating modes are available.

In time mode, precise on and off times can be set for connected devices. In addition, the app offers pulse mode, which allows you to program recurring on/off cycles with a freely selectable duration of up to one hour. This feature is ideal, for example, for intermittently controlling flow pumps or wave makers. The integration of AQUAEL lighting with the Day&Night function is particularly convenient. Using the D&N control, the operating modes DAY, DAYBREAK, and NIGHT can be switched according to a custom schedule.

Numerous aquarium devices can be connected to the AQUAEL Socket BT Duo, such as lights, heaters, UV-C sterilizers, dosing pumps, automatic feeders, or solenoid valves for CO2 systems. Each of the two outputs can control devices with a power rating of up to 250 W. An integrated LED indicates the operating and connection status. The brightness of the LED can be adjusted via the app. Additionally, settings can be protected with a PIN code, and connected controllers can be clearly identified by a flashing status indicator.

No internet connection is required for operation via Bluetooth. If you want to control the AQUAEL Socket BT Duo from outside the Bluetooth range, it can be combined with the separately available AQUAEL Wi-Fi Gateway BT.
