Overview
The Aqua Medic Reverse osmosis system is ideally for the production of soft water with low-salt content for fresh and salt water aquaria, for spraying terrariums and many other applications. This unit comes with an powerful high pressure pump for increasing the capacity up to 400 l of osmosis water per day. The reverse osmosis system platinum line plus is a compact and versatile superior unit. It is supplied with three large 10" filter housings. The filter cartridges (activated carbon, fine filter and demineralization resin) can easily be replaced. The supplied pressure gauge will display the operation pressure at any time. All components, the prefilter housings and the membrane module are mounted onto a stable powder-coated bracket. The unit has a high pressure pump and a flushing valve and therefore, can achieve a high ratio of pure to waste water output up to 1:1. The salt removal rate is up to 99%. Due to the fully automatic back flushing and continuous monitoring of the pure water, the unit requires very little maintenance.

Aleksandar at 23.12.2024: To correct previous review. I get information from Aqua Medic that this unit have all automatic no need shut off valve to buy. As soon you put power and open faucet first system make flushing out dirty water and than start automaticaly pure water producing. No need to any shut off valve. If pressure is low electromagnetic valve close all. If pressure is too high system also stop all.

Question is how I need to add shut-off valve on system without making any problems to automatic fllushing that this unit have? Shut-off valve will add to stop filling when tank is full or by pressure switch or level valve in tank.Thanks for help.

Dimitris K. at 20.02.2019: Η Καλύτερη Α/Ο που έχω αγοράσει. Αθόρυβη και πολύ γρήγορη παραγωγή καθαρού νερού, με λίγα λόγια κάνει ακριβός ότι λένε οι οδηγίες. Το μόνο που δεν έχω δει ακόμα είναι η αναλογία καθαρού νερού / λύματος καθώς εδώ στην Ελλάδα που διαμένω το νερό της βρύσης αυτή την στιγμή έχει θερμοκρασία 10 βαθμούς Κελσίου και η αναλογία καθαρού νερού / λύματος είναι 1:2, ελπίζω τους επόμενους μήνες που η θερμοκρασία του νερού θα ανέβει σχετικά κατά πολύ, να έχω και την αναλογία που υπόσχεται η Αqua Μedic 1:1. Ευχαριστώ πολύ το Αquaristikshop και την Αqua Medic για αυτήν την πολύ καλή αγορά που πραγματοποίησα.
