OASE Internal Filter BioPlus 100

The OASE BioPlus 100 Internal Filter is a powerful, space-saving internal filter for aquariums with a volume of up to 100 liters. Its compact design allows discreet installation in an aquarium corner, where it reliably keeps the water clear, clean, and well oxygenated. With a flow rate of up to 500 liters per hour, the filter ensures continuous, effective water circulation. The integrated outlet nozzles create even surface agitation, support oxygen enrichment, and help prevent biofilm from forming on the water surface.

The large filter sponges provide both mechanical and biological filtration. Suspended particles and impurities are reliably removed from the water, while the porous structure of the filter foam provides a large surface area for beneficial filter bacteria to colonize. The OASE BioPlus 100 Internal Filter also features a separate filter chamber that can hold additional media, such as a fine filter pad. A suitable fine filter pad is included. The EasyClean mechanism makes maintenance especially convenient. Only the compact filter unit needs to be removed for cleaning, while the pump unit remains in the aquarium. This makes regular filter maintenance quick and straightforward, without having to remove the entire filter from the aquarium.

The filter foams can be removed individually. This allows the filter media to be cleaned at separate intervals, helping preserve beneficial bacteria. As a result, a large portion of the biologically active bacterial colonies remains intact. With a power consumption of just 6 watts, the OASE BioPlus 100 Internal Filter is highly energy efficient and runs exceptionally smoothly and quietly. Suction cup mounts allow easy, secure installation in an aquarium corner.

You can switch between the integrated outlet nozzles and a water outlet to achieve the desired surface agitation. If needed, the filter can also be retrofitted with a compatible OASE HeatUp adjustable heater. This combines filtration and heating in one compact, space-saving unit.
