Tropical Pleco's Tablets is a complete food in the form of sinking tablets, designed especially for large, herbivorous and omnivorous catfish of the family Loricariidae, such as Hypostomus plecostomus, Glyptoperichthys gibbiceps, Panaque spp., Baryancistrus spp., etc. The tablets are intended for bottom feeding and are 25 mm in diameter to allow these large suckermouths to feed in a near-natural way - by rasping the surface of the tablets. Tropical Pleco's Tablets is a convenient food for feeding groups of the smaller “wood-eaters” of the genera Panaqolus and Peckoltia, etc. kept together. Tropical Pleco's Tablets contains 36% Spirulina platensis - an alga which provides a supply of easily digestible proteins, natural colorants, vitamins and trace elements as well as substances that stimulate disease resistance in fish. The addition of oak wood has a positive effect on digestive processes and helps maintain good condition in fish, for which wood is an essential dietary component. for its high efficiency, Tropical Pleco's Tablets is also recommended for professional breeders of loricariid catfish, as an economic way of feeding adult fish and adolescent youngstock.
Feeding recommendation Tropical Pleco's Tablets:
Depending on the number and size of fish kept, drop one or more tablets into the tank. Do not overfeed. Complete feedingstuff for ornamental fish. Ingredients: algae (including Spirulina platensis min. 36%), fish and fish derivatives, cereals, vegetable protein extracts, molluscs and crustaceans, meat and animal derivatives, yeasts, derivatives of vegetable origin (including oak meal min. 1.0%), milk and milk derivatives, oils and fats, minerals. Additives: Vitamins, pro-vitamins and chemically well-defined substances having similar effect: vit. A 20 800 IU/kg, vit. D3 1 140 IU/kg, vit. E 70 mg/kg, vit. C 290 mg/kg. Compounds of trace elements: E1 iron 23.6 mg/kg, E6 zinc 6.4 mg/kg, E5 manganese 4.6 mg/kg, E4 copper 1.0 mg/kg, E2 iodine 0.14 mg/kg, E8 selenium 0.14 mg/kg, E7 molybdenum 0.03 mg/kg. Lecithin.
