Seerumitesti NH4/NH3 ammonium/ammoniakkipitoisuuden tarkkaan määrittämiseen makeassa tai merivedessä. Testi riittää n. 50 testiä. Hyödylliset bakteerit muuttavat typpeä sisältävät jätetuotteet ammoniumiksi tai ammoniakiksi. Sera ammonium/ammoniakki -testi kertoo ammoniumin ja ammoniakin kokonaispitoisuuden.
