Aktivoitu happi hajottaa erityisen mädäntyneitä aineita ja myrkyllisiä aineita ja parantaa siten olennaisesti kalojen ja kasvien hyvinvointia. Söchting Oxydatorin luoma puhdas happi liukenee enimmäkseen välittömästi veteen, joten kuplia ei synny juurikaan. Hapen syöttö on täysin äänetöntä, hiilidioksidin poistuminen ja maaelementtien pyörteily vältetään.
Söchting Oxydator W sopii suuriin akvaarioihin ja puutarhalammikoihin jopa 4000 litraan asti. Oxydator-liuos ei sisälly hintaan. Oxydator toimii Oxydator-liuoksen (vetyperoksidi H2O2) kanssa hapen kantajana ja katalyyttinä. Katalyyttien elinkaari on useita vuosia, ja ne vaihdetaan vain, jos niiden toiminta heikkenee merkittävästi.
Söchting Oxydator W vapauttaa 20 000 litraan vettä liuenneen määrän happea ja riittää jopa 4 000 litraan puutarhalammeen. Vaikka laatu paranee merkittävästi, kun vesi on erittäin saastunutta (ruoannut runsaasti, humus tai lehdet) tai suuremmissa lammikoissa, on tilanteita, joissa annostus ei ole riittävä, varsinkin uivien levien kohdalla. Tässä tapauksessa on käytettävä toista laitetta. Mitä suurempi vesilläsi olevien elävien olentojen hapentarve, sitä korkeampi on veden lämpötila. Tämän säännön sallii Söchting Oxydatorin hapen vapautuminen. Talvella täyte riittää 4-5 kuukaudeksi, mutta kesällä saman voi loppua jo kuukauden kuluttua. Kun reill tarvitaan, näet, että Oxydator ui pintaan itsestään.

Received the product fastly and in good condition. As promised the seller has sent me an orange cap as a replacement for my "A" model.

I have had a small but healthy pond (in Georgia, U.S.A.) for years using Oxydators and no pump. I have beautiful plants as well as healthy fish that live for years. This is a wonderful product. ich benutze den Oxydator W nun seit über 1 Jahr und bin zufrieden. Das Handling zum Nachfüllen ist ein klein wenig fummelig, deshalb habe ich nur 4 Sterne vergeben.Der Oxydator tut ganzjährig seinen Dienst, steigt von selbst auf, wenn die Flüssigkeit verbraucht ist, man braucht also nicht zu kontrollieren, ob nachgefüllt werden muss.
