The plant is somewhat coarse and stiff, so it will not move naturally, if at all, in the flow of water.
Some of the stems go through the bottom anchor. They are coated in the plasticky bottom material forming somewhat sharp spikes.
If you have fish that love to dig and are large enough to move the plant anchor around, they might hurt themselves on the spikes.
