Decoration Plants for attachment

Epiphytic and freely positioned aquarium greenery can be used decoratively on rocks, roots or small support plates. This category includes various Aegagropila forms and Lomariopsis lineata. Some products are already supplied attached to a slate plate.

The available species differ in growth form, attachment and care. Aegagropila is often used as a free-standing ball or supplied on a support, while Lomariopsis can form a loose cushion. Check each product to see whether it is intended for free placement, attachment or is already fixed to a base.

Even undemanding species require suitable water parameters, lighting and regular care. Remove deposits carefully and ensure that the plants or algal cushions are not permanently covered with debris or placed in unsuitable shade.
